The ruins are of a tower house, built in the 1500s. The site was used before and it is thought that the Scottish Bissett family, who settled in Glenarm built a castle here in the 1250s. There might have been a Viking settlement near here; Olderfleet was once known as Ulfried’s Fjord. Sat 08:00 - 20:00 Sun 08:00 - 20:00
