31-33 Shipquay Street - This B1 Listed Building, formerly known as "The Old Custom House", was built in 1741 and it is currently one of the finest remaining 18th Century block in the city of Derry/Londonderry. The building is located on the main street within the old city leading downwardly to the recently refurbished Guildhall Square and to the new public realm area from the War Memorial in the Diamond.
