There will be a special tour entitled Everyday life at the castle during the First Republic (12:30 pm – we recommend that you book), which will present the life, joys and worries of the family of Georg and Kunhuta Sternberg in the first half of the 20th century, i.e. during the childhood of the current owner of the castle.
Saint George's Chapel on the castle's southern terrace, which is usually closed to the public, will be opened exceptionally. Throughout the entire day, you will not only be able to come and view the small chapel, but you will also be able to look forward to the beautiful views of the valley. A Guided tour around the castle, during which you will be informed about the history of the castle and the Sternberg Estate, become acquainted with baroque statues of the saints and see the castle from many different and always interesting side, will commence there at 2 pm.
We look forward to your visit!
