Cultybraggan Camp was built in 1942 as a POW camp and is now run by Comrie
Development Trust as a community resource, business park and heritage visitor
attraction. It is opening for the only time this year for the Doors Open Days.
You can visit the prison block with the exhibition of cartoons drawn by a POW
in 1944/45, experience the replica sleeping quarters of POWs and explore the
special Hut 61 Museum of military memorabilia which is rarely open to the
public. You can also see inside newly renovated self-catering Nissen huts,
soon to be taking bookings. Two of the artisan businesses based at the camp,
Wild Hearth Bakery and Wild Wood Bros, will be selling their products, the
Men’s Shed will be opening their doors to you and the Allotment Association
will be selling produce and refreshments. Facilities Disabled Access Disabled
WC WC Parking To keep everyone safe, we are limiting the number of visitors. A
maximum of 6 tickets can be booked per 15 minute slot between 10am and 3pm;
the camp will close at 4pm.
