18 September 2021 (11-12.30, 1-2.30, 3-4.30) Glasgow Doors Open Days Festival
The exhibition will show the photographic memories that people have sent into
the Community Woodland Officer who will create an outdoor exhibition in the
Castlemilk stables garden. The garden will host an outdoor fire, some food (to
be confirmed) and guided tours to the Castlemilk house fire place, which now
resides in Castlemilk stables. Timed slots (11am-12.30pm, 13.30pm-3pm and
15.30pm-5pm) booking essential “Help us recycle your memories!” Join us to
celebrate the amazing history of Castlemilk Stables and surrounding areas. We
absolutely love seeing all your old photographs and hearing all the fabulous
memories from “back in the day!” If you have any photographs you wish to share
with us and are happy for them to be shown as part of our online presentation
and outdoor photo exhibition, celebrating Castlemilk and it’s history please
email them to community@cassiltoun.org.uk before the 13th September.
Castlemilk Stables- Community Garden will be transformed into an outdoor
exhibition with all of your favourite memories and photos of Castlemilk that
have been sent in to us. There will also be an outdoor fire, some food (TBC)
and guided tours inside, to the Castlemilk House Fire Place which now resides
