Art Gallery was established in 1824 and designed by architect David Morison.
It is one of the oldest purpose-built museums in the United Kingdom. The
Museum's collection contains thousands of objects relating to natural and
social history, art, crafts, textiles, and cultural objects from around the
world. Perth Museum and Art Gallery invite you to take a look behind the
scenes at one of the oldest purpose built museum buildings in the UK, housing
a collection of over half a million historic and artistic objects. Tours will
be led by Museum visitor assistants and curators. Tour times:10:30am to
