## Stobs Camp – Exploring the First World War Training & Internment Camp in
the Scottish Borders – ONLINE EVENT
Join Project Officer Archaeology Scotland, Andrew Jepson, as he presents a
talk on Archaeology Scotland’s community-focused project exploring the First
World War training and internment camp at Stobs near Hawick in the Scottish
Borders. After a short introduction to the camp, Andrew will highlight the
exciting work that volunteers have undertaken since 2016. From excavation,
field surveys and condition reporting to desk-based research, genealogy and
commemoration.
