18 September 2021 (10am-5pm) 19 September 2021 (10am-5pm) Perth & Kinross The
Scottish Crannog Centre is an open-air museum that allows you to walk in the
footsteps of the original Crannog dwellers. Immerse yourself in their village
life with original artefacts, demonstrations of technologies, textiles,
cooking and ancient crafts. The reconstructed Iron Age Crannog was tragically
destroyed by fire in June 2021 but its loss has served to kindle the hopes of
the centre to re-build bigger and better...We offer an immersive, interactive
experience, with hands on activities, an opportunity to experience the Iron
Age and the lives of ancient Crannog dwellers. For Doors Open Days 2021 we
will be offering tours of the Scottish Crannog Centre. To book a tour please
