stroll round some of Glasgow's oldest streets on this music-themed walking
trail and hear tales of the musicians who have stayed, played and made music
in the UK's first UNESCO City of Music. En route, you will hear about the
world's oldest surviving music hall, Glasgow's punk wars and the singing fish
and chip shop owner from your guides, Glasgow Music City Tours. Merchant City
Music Past and Present is a relaxed, entertaining tour, conducted by a local
music journalist, covering cherished venues such as the beloved Barrowland
Ballroom and the historic Britannia Panopticon. Meeting point: outside Clutha
