Labeled 'Company of Living Heritage', the Savonnerie du Midi is one of the last factories based in Marseille that designs the soap of Marseille according to the rules defined by the Edit de Colbert in 1688\\. In the heart of the district of Aygalades, The soap is still made by the master soap makers who have been there for more than a century, around vast cauldrons.
