What is your European heritage? This is a question that every participant in our event asked themself.

We have traveled a long journey, from recalling European countries to creating a map of European heritage in Ukraine. Our event was focused on reflecting associations related to Europe and transforming them into the map of European heritage in Ukraine. Firstly, we started with an interactive quiz, where participants needed to guess the European country from its famous landmarks, places, and people through which we aimed to dive deeper into the concept of creating heritage that reflects on the country. Secondly, the participants were divided into teams and worked on creating a European map of heritage. They all presented their work in an hour explaining how they perceive the heritage of each country.

Finally, we have come to the most interesting part where participants started brainstorming about the European heritage in Ukraine. However, we have not forgotten to pay attention to the history of the Ukrainian path to becoming a part of Europe. This is why, we have started the main part of the event by watching a video about the revolution of Dignity in Ukraine. This way we wanted to remind everybody why we have chosen the European path, what price we have paid for it, and why we are a part of Europe. On this note, all participants started drawing the map of European heritage in Ukraine. They have transformed previously drawn European heritage into Ukrainian alongside adding unique to Ukraine's European heritage. As a result, we have created a distinctive map of European heritage in Ukraine, which you may see at the end of the video. 

Lastly, all the participants and the organizers reflected on their experiences, shared emotions, and finalized the event in a collective memories circle. We believe that this map will become a symbol of European heritage in Ukraine. Therefore, everybody is looking forward to adding new elements and symbols as a result of the rapid Ukrainian transformation, nowadays.
