В первую очередь, её значимость определяется тем, что именно здесь жил великий советский поэт Булат Окуджава. Отличительная черта Арбата - уличные фонари, также несколько заметных статуй, в том числе принцесса Турандот в передней части Вахтанговского театра и бард, и поэт советской эпохи Булат Окуджава, который писал песни об Арбате. Существуют объекты Всемирного значения, которые находятся под защитой ЮНЕСКО. Чтобы попасть в список ЮНЕСКО, объект должен иметь исключительную мировую важность, быть уникальным «шедевром человеческого созидательного гения», важным культурным объектом для ныне существующей или исчезнувшей цивилизации, быть связанным с историческими событиями, традициями, художественными произведениями. [ENGLISH VERSION] The history of the creative heritage of Bulat Okudzhava. In the historical center of Moscow there is a beautiful street – Arbat, that is a cultural heritage site. First of all, its importance is determined by the fact that a great Soviet poet Bulat Okudzhava lived here. A distinctive feature of Arbat is its street lights, also several notable statues, including Princess Turandot in front of the Vakhtangov Theater, as well as a statue of a bard and poet of the Soviet epoch - Bulat Okudzhava, who wrote songs about the street Arbat. There are sites of world importance, which are under the protection of UNESCO. To be included in the UNESCO list, a property must have exceptional world importance, be a unique "masterpiece of human creative genius", an important cultural site for the existing or disappeared civilization, be associated with historical events, traditions, works of art. My story lays a "thin thread" between the West and Russia. This is due to the fact that the work of Bulat Okudzhava left its mark on the cultural life of the West: in France, Poland, Bulgaria, Germany and many other countries. The Western community fervently perceived the poet's lyrics, international conferences are still held, where Western historians and philologists deliver very interesting reports on the life and work of Bulat Okudzhava. The values of life, goodness and justice are the same for the Russian and European Nations. And the work of Bulat Okudzhava only contributes to the preservation and dissemination of these values.
