Overview
Dragutin Lerman (1863 - 1918), as one of the most important members of the famous expeditions of Henry Morton Stanley, participated in mapping of the African countries and creation of cartographic representations. The rich ethnological and anthropological heritage originating from the region of today's Kongo, systematically collected by Mr. Lerman, represents a unique symbol of the time and space he lived in from 1882 to 1896.
