A jewel of the Cité Vauban, the Governor’s Garden is open to the public during guided tours of the Heritage Service, the spring event "Rendez-vous aux Jardins" and the European Heritage Days. In this green haven overlooking the Schappe Park there is an old vegetable garden, a simple (medicinal) garden, an ornamental garden and a garden of herbs.
