The Archives & Patrimoine department of Valence Romans Agglo has two sites (in Romans and Valence) responsible for the conservation and enhancement of the written heritage of both cities. The written heritage of Romans represents more than 3 kml of documents, from the 12th century to the present day, witnesses of the history of the city and preserved in a mansion on the rue des Clercs.
