Ballineen and Enniskeane Tidy Towns will host an Afternoon of Creativity in Riverside Biodiversity Garden, Ballineen, West Cork, from 2.00p.m - 4.00p.m. on Sunday, 18th August 2024. The event, hosted by William Walsh of Billy's Rent-a-Goat, will consist of Tree Planting, Story Making and Natural Mandala Making. This will be a Family Fun Day Event, celebrating the natural heritage of the area and all are welcome to bring their own picnics.

Our newly published Booklet "Ballineen and Enniskeane - The Heart of the River Bandon Volume 2 - Biodiversity Action Plan 2023 - 2028" will also be launched at 3.45p.m. by The Mayor of the County of Cork, Councillor Joe Carroll.
A celebration of our natural heritage and celebration of the River Bandon. It is part of our mission to promote the wellbeing, biodiversity and sustainability of the natural environment, including all ecological units.
