At dusk on Sunday 18th August there will be a guided bat walk along the banks of the Santry river and through Raheny village. This event is led by the Dublin Bat Group and Bat Conservation Ireland.
The event is suitable for all ages. We will use equipment to identify the bats. There will be a discussion on the species of bats found in the area and how to help conserve them. Parents of young children should be aware of the late finishing time.
