DLR Biodiversity & LAWPRO present : Biodiversity Sampling Carrickmines Stream.

Come and join us this Heritage Week to explore the biodiversity of our wonderful watery habitats! Learn more about the biodiversity found in and along our streams and rivers and how it can help us to understand more about their health and functioning. Bring along a pair of wellies if you'd like to get involved and learn how to take some biodiversity samples and how to ID key freshwater invertebrates. We'll have trays, nets and ID guides on hand as well as the expert help of LAWPRO Community Water Officer, Justin Ivory!

Booking is required as spaces are limited. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
