La conferencia se centrará en algunas investigaciones derivadas de la Convocatoria de Iniciativas para el Fomento de Relaciones Vecinales que la Diputación Foral de Álava pone a disposición de las Entidades Locales del Territorio Histórico.
El trabajo colectivo y planificado tras el consenso vecinal ha ido cambiando al largo del tiempo y se ha transformado para adaptarte a los cambios de las formas de vida de los pueblos, la incorporación de las mujeres en los trabajos de vereda etc.
