Overview
Steeped in over 800 years of history, besieged in turn by the Scots, Irish, English and French, this Norman castle played an important military role until 1928 and remains one of the best preserved medieval structures in Ireland and is home to historical displays as well as cannons from the 17th to 19th centuries.
For EHOD 2021 Tours will be provided free throughout Saturday and Sunday. We are hoping to provide signed tours in BSL and ISL, both will be available.
