Join renowned bat specialist Tina Aughney for an exciting evening exploring the fascinating world of local bat species and their ecology. The evening will begin with an engaging indoor talk at the Castle Varagh Hotel, followed by light refreshments. Afterwards, we’ll head out on a guided nocturnal bat walk around the village to observe these incredible creatures in action. All are welcome bring your curiosity (and a bat detector if you have one)! Children are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
