Designed by Nantes architects Durand, Ménard and Thibault, this hotel has been home to the Pays de la Loire Regional Council since 1987\\. Located on the eastern tip of the Ile de Nantes, three of the four facades maintain a direct relationship with the river. This building marks a return to the great compositions and vocabulary elements of classical architecture.
