Conference: Splendor of stained glass art – The work of the Dagrand workshop in Dorat

As part of the restoration of the eleven stained glass windows made in 1898 by master glassmaker G. Dagrand, visible in the former chapel of Notre-Dame du Temple, the restorer Mylène Vigneron offers an illustrated lecture dedicated to the work of this glass workshop, particularly active in the late 19th century and early 20th century. Entitled "Splendor of stained glass art: the work of the workshop Dagrand at Dorat", this presentation will immerse you in the refined universe of glass creation, between craft tradition and artistic expression. This restoration benefited from an award from the Fondation de soutien aux métiers d'art (2024) and is supported by the Fondation du Patrimoine after a collection of donations. Informations Free.
