Housed in a former nineteenth-century factory, in the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park, the Departmental Museum of Textile bears witness to the wealth of know-how and industrial heritage. From the raw material to the finishing of the fabrics, the visitor follows during the guided tour the route of a textile fiber and can admire the finished product including high-fashion pieces. The "high-performance" textiles, which are marketed by companies still active in this industrial valley, are also presented.
