Created in 1957 and a mecca of aeronautical history, the heliport gathers on 4.5 hectares of private and public operators who fulfill missions related to transport; to the surveillance and maintenance of infrastructures; aerial photography or public service missions. Two helicopters (model EC 145) of Civil Security are based there, which allows rapid interventions and liaison with the main hospitals of the capital. The heliport is operated by Paris Aéroport.
