In celebration of both National Heritage Week and Donegal Town's 550th anniversary Donegal Castle is hosting a week of crafts - connecting local makers in our community. Kevin Callaghan is a sculptor, potter and ceramic artist based in Donegal Town. During demonstrations held in Donegal Castle, Kevin will be making a series of commemorative pieces on a pottery wheel celebrating Donegal town's 550 years. The series will become part of the castle’s collection. Come along and see the artist at work.
