The European Heritage Days at the Château d'Azay-le-Ferron
Castle with a rich history, ranging from the 15th to the 20th century, the Château d'Azay-le-ferron is an unknown castle, nestled in the heart of the Parc de la Brenne. This year again, it is with joy that we welcome our visitors to share the rich history of this heritage. Family stories, anecdotes and beautiful furniture are at the rendezvous. The heritage days are an opportunity to come and discover this jewel of the Brenne, in the company of our guides who for the occasion will be costumed. A beautiful dive into History awaits you. The Castle can only be visited in guided tours. Accompany your visit with a little tour in our park of 42 hectares. Rich in fauna and flora, as well as in history, you will enjoy walking along the paths of the wooded alleys of the estate. This time, it is alone that you can visit this expanse of which 9 hectares are classified in "Park and remarkable gardens". The castle team as well as the gardens are eagerly waiting for you to come and celebrate the culture!- The rates: Adults: 5€ Children (6 to 17 years old): 2€ Free Park.
