The Gallery - Museum of Allevard-les-Bains, offers you to discover the country of Allevard and major activities that have marked its history. From the metallurgical industry to the spa to the Collet ski slopes, you will discover how its natural resources – iron ore, thermal water and “white gold” – have shaped the Allevard region over the centuries. Playful and diverse, the exhibition route combines objects, multimedia, games, manipulations, model, to discover and understand the evolution of a mountain territory rich in history.
