Overview

On the occasion of the European Heritage Days, 20 and 21 September, discover the art of stained glass in the workshop Les Toiles de Verre. Having worked in various professions, my ambition was to create a workshop for the manufacture of glass objects, combining unique creations, creative and educational activities. I like to join this long line of glassmakers and share my enthusiasm. The workshop offers you creations that use different techniques around glass, privileged support of contemporary creation. In keeping with traditions or in the interest of modernity, stained glass is made from lead or according to the Tiffany method, and objects are made using a process that extends the possibilities of the material to infinity, fusing it. On the agenda:

• Guided tour of the workshop – Presentation of the works and techniques used – Discovery of tools and manufacturing steps
• Creation of a small stained glass to hang, in pairs or small groups (family, friends, couples...) Each session lasts 1h30, in small groups, for a complete and personalized immersion. Hours: Saturday and Sunday from 13h to 18h (1h30 sessions) Rates: 10 € per adult/ 5 € for 8-17 years old 10 € if you want to start with your creation Reservation required by phone or email.
