On bosses' initiative is based(established) the Reims Home(Foyer) in 1912\\. This company(society) is aimed at building housing adapted to the labour class housing conditions of which are rough. The World War I curbs this project. Reconstruction requires to rehouse the workforce to restart production tools. Among planned towns conceived(designed) by the Reims Home(Foyer), one is going to distinguish itself by its accomplished character, the city(estate) of the Green Path(Way). A part of collective equipments necessary for the life of the new district, the Town Hall of the Green Path(Way) mixes(involves) several activities, from the start, (public baths, library(bookcase), circle, theatre). Today, the establishment is managed by the Direction(Management) of Culture and of Heritage of the City of Reims, as part of the welcome(reception) of artistic practices amateurs, framed(supervised) by professional artists.
