Overview
At the end of 2019, the bishopric decided to sell the Saint-Joseph chapel of the Faubourg de Cervisy dating from 1882, then in poor condition. The statuary was transferred to the church of Saint-Grégoire in Stenay. Fabrice Léonet, a Vosges investor, acquires the building and launches a vast restoration project to revive this 240 m² building. It plans to develop unusual accommodation and a reception area. To carry out this project, he chooses noble and environmentally friendly materials and collaborates exclusively with local companies.
