The municipality of Arles as part of a project to enhance the site of the Marais de Beauchamp (classified nature 2000) wishes to make discover this site, high place of living heritage, to a wide public. The site of the Beauchamp marsh is composed of the Petit Clar marsh, a pasteurized area as well as the Avettes garden and a nautical base, These different spaces are known and recognized to host a rich fauna and flora typical of the wet Camargue. It is a condensed of the Camargue at the gates of the city of Arles. During this day, guided tours will be organized in the early afternoon. On the site of the nautical base a picnic area will be arranged with animations for young and old. The free visit of the site is also possible during this day. The site is easily accessible, however some areas due to the natural character of the site remain difficult for people with reduced mobility.
