A talk given by Dr. Cormac Moore on the Boundary Commission that set in place the border between Ireland and Northern Ireland as we known it today. "The Root of All Evil" provides a history of the Irish Boundary Commission from the moment it became part of the 1921 Anglo-Irish Treaty to its spectacular fallout in late 1925, which, much to the dismay of most nationalists, left the border in Ireland as it was, as it still is.
