Exposición y ensayos de la Pasión Viviente de Arkotxa (Zaratamo)

Como todos los años, en Arkotxa la Semana Santa comienza en octubre, con los primeros pasos para la celebración de su Pasión Viviente, que cuenta ya con 55 años de vida.

En esta ocasión y excepcionalmente, el largo proceso de preparación de este espectacular evento tiene lugar por primera vez de cara al público. Pero no en Arkotxa, sino en el Museo de Arte Sacro de Bilbao. Allí se podrá acceder a los ensayos de la edición de 2024, donde además será posible conocer con detalle la historia de este patrimonio vivo a través de una vibrante exposición.

Horarios y Fechas:

• Exposición: del 3 al 29 de octubre.De martes a sábado de 10:30 a 13:30 h.; domingos y 12 de octubre, de 10:30 a 13:30 h.; lunes cerrado.
• Ensayos y fragmentos de la representación: sábados 7, 14, 21 y 28. de 17:00 a 18:30 h.

Exhibition and rehearsals of the Living Passion of Arkotxa (Zaratamo)

As every year, Easter in Arkotxa begins in October, with the first steps for the celebration of its Living Passion, which has been going on for 55 years.

On this occasion and exceptionally, the long process of preparation for this spectacular event takes place for the first time in public. But not in Arkotxa, but in the Museum of Sacred Art of Bilbao. There, it will be possible to access the rehearsals for the 2024 edition, where it will also be possible to learn in detail about the history of this living heritage through a vibrant exhibition.
