The interdisciplinary conservation exhibition “Paths of Medieval Sacred Architecture of the Municipality of Podcrkavlje” presents the latest findings from conservation and archaeological research on the medieval churches of St. Benedict in Oriovčić, St. Stephen in Glogovica, and St. Peter in Brodski Zdenci, as well as an analysis of the historical significance of the broader Brod area and local nobility. In addition to their exceptional historical and artistic value, these medieval churches, together with a mosaic of natural relief and forest forms, rural motifs, and impressive vistas, form a highly valuable ensemble of ambient, memorial, cultural-historical, and traditional values of the cultural landscape.
