Este encuentro será una oportunidad para descubrir qué hacen nuestros vecinos, cómo trabajan los distintos museos y centros del territorio y qué papel desempeñan en la preservación y difusión del patrimonio local. A través de la voz de sus propios gestores y gestoras, conoceremos sus experiencias, sus retos y sus ilusiones. Podremos conocer mucho más de cerca el Museo de Bielsa José María Escalona, el Museo de Pintura al Aire Libre de Arcusa, el Centro de Arte Sacro de San Vicente de Labuerda, la Colección Blas Colomina y Almazara de Boltaña, el Museo Paleontológico de Sobrarbe en Lamata, Museo de Artes y Oficios Tradicionales de Aínsa, el Museo de la Madera de Laspuña y el Centro de Interpretación de la Naturaleza y Actividades Tradicionales de Ceresa.

Durante la jornada también se presentarán las últimas novedades de la Red de Museos de Sobrarbe, ampliando así el mapa cultural de Sobrarbe, y se realizarán visitas especiales al Centro de Interpretación del Geoparque Mundial Unesco Sobrarbe-Pirineos y al Centro de Arte Contemporáneo de Aínsa-Sobrarbe en el que se esta celebrando la exposición temporal «Picasso y la fotografía en los años de madurez. Un espacio de encuentro, reflexión y celebración del patrimonio compartido, donde todo el mundo es bienvenido. Te esperamos para seguir construyendo juntos una red más fuerte, abierta y participativa.

This meeting will be an opportunity to discover what our neighbouring institutions are doing, how the different museums and centres in the region work, and what role they play in preserving and promoting local heritage. Through the voices of their own managers, we will learn about their experiences, their challenges, and their aspirations. We will also get a much closer look at the Bielsa José María Escalona Museum, the Arcusa Open-Air Painting Museum, the San Vicente de Labuerda Sacred Art Centre, the Blas Colomina Collection and Oil Mill in Boltaña, the Sobrarbe Palaeontological Museum in Lamata, the Aínsa Museum of Traditional Arts and Crafts, the Laspuña Wood Museum, and the Ceresa Nature and Traditional Activities Interpretation Centre.

Throughout the day, the latest developments of the Sobrarbe Museum Network will also be presented, further expanding the cultural map of Sobrarbe. In addition, there will be special visits to the Sobrarbe-Pyrenees UNESCO Global Geopark Interpretation Centre and the Aínsa-Sobrarbe Contemporary Art Centre, which is currently hosting the temporary exhibition “Picasso and Photography in the Years of Maturity. Photographs by Edward Quinn and André Villers.”
