Exhibition "Jeanne de France, a life in pictures"
This exhibition aims to introduce an emblematic character of the History of France, also very linked to the history of our region: daughter of Louis XI, ephemeral queen, Duchess of Berry, "lord" of Châtillon-sur-Indre, founder in Bourges of the Order of the Annunciation, saint... This biographical approach of Jeanne de France (1464-1505) will also be an opportunity to evoke the places and great characters of her time, as well as her place in the arts through her iconography (numerous stained glass windows, objects of popular devotion, earthenware, engravings...).
