🍇 Paraza, wine village

A new exhibition traces the history of Paraza, emblematic wine village of the Aude, through:

• its architectural transformations related to the evolution of vine cultivation (houses of report, renovation...),
• the development of streets and roads,
• its local traditions, notably the grape harvest festivals. By highlighting this wine heritage, the exhibition also invites to question the future of viticulture in the villages of Aude, like Paraza. A dive between memory, territory and contemporary issues.
