Exhibition "The object in motion"
49 Rue Principale, 68610 Lautenbach, Haut-Rhin, Grand Est, France
Show on the map
21 - 22 September 2024
Overview
A priory created in the 8th century seems to be at the origin of Lautenbach. Today, the towers of the church of Saint-Jean-Baptiste stand proudly above the roofs of the village. The various destructions and restorations testify to the somewhat turbulent history of this building, now restored to its Romanesque simplicity. Lautenbach owes its fame to a novel and a TV movie set there: «Les Tilleuls de Lautenbach».
