Exhibition proposed by the City of Art and History of Perpignan, to discover in the unique setting of the Poudrière. Between battles and epic sieges, the military history of the city is revealed through documents, objects and models. Centerpiece of the exhibition: the life-size copy of the relief plan of Perpignan, commissioned by Vauban in 1686 for Louis XIV. A fascinating dive into the strategic past of the Catalan city.
