We invite you to join us for an experiential guided tour at the Watermill of Metti and a hike in the Matiatis Gorge, scheduled for October 29, 2023, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

This event is organized by the Matiatis Historical and Environmental Heritage Protection Group, with the support of the Department of Urban Planning and Housing, the national coordinator of the program, in celebration of the European Heritage Days 2023.

The program of the experiential guided tour includes informing the public about the historical and architectural significance of the Watermill of Metti, as well as its connection to the environment. It also involves a hike along the Gorge, where the audience can enjoy the natural and geological landscape. The ultimate goal is to raise awareness and inform the public about the social, economic, and ecological role of these monuments. The total duration of the tour is estimated at 2 hours.

The language of the tour is Greek, and the route is suitable for children.
