Drop in to the library to meet members of the Longford Westmeath Argentina Society. Share family lore and explore documents held in the local Studies section of Mullingar Library that relate to the Irish in Argentina from the 19th century. You are encouraged to bring along family photos, documents and memorabilia to discuss on the evening. At 6:45pm there will be a screening of the film ‘Who is Padraic Ganly’ - Westmeath-born composer who emigrated to Argentina in the late 1800s.
