Ali Cullinane is a long-time resident in Belvelly, Ali has inevitably been drawn to explore her local history during the course of her third year studying Contemporary Art in MTU Crawford College of Art and Design. She lives near the old jetty that served Belvelly Brickworks. During the course of the project she researched the Brickworks and will give an informative talk on the historic site at Belvelly and her work. Ali will also be exhibiting a piece made with Victorian glass from the Fota Garden’s greenhouses, for the duration of Heritage Week. Booking is essential. www.fotahouse.com for booking information.
