Who?
• Meet our local ecologist Tom O’ Byrne of Brand Blarney, who will walk you through a section of the beautiful Clogheenmilcon Fen in beautiful Blarney Village, Cork. Learn how to forage and explore the vast number of edible plants and herbs available to us along roads, waterways and boreens- and how to harvest them consciously and respectfully.

• Corrinne of Corrinne’s Kitchen will then demonstrate how best to use these plants and tease your taste buds with delicious bites using wild food recipes.
• Brand Blarney voluntary group will give you access to wild food recipes and plant identification on their website https://visitblarney.com.
• Bring a picnic and stay to enjoy delicious homemade snacks and premium coffee from Cuplá Café.
