To celebrate Heritage Week 2024, Fanad Lighthouse will host several exciting events. On Saturday, August 24th, for Wild Child Day, artist Laura Diver will lead a Cois Farraige craft workshop for kids at 1 pm. On Sunday, August 25th, in honor of Water Heritage Day, Eco Atlantic Adventures will offer a kayak and foraging excursion at 11 am, followed by a session with Fanad Comhaltas musicians at 2 pm. The Heritage Council promotes businesses that support the Irish language, and Teach Solais Fhánada is proud to prioritize the use of the language in all our activities.
