The Bouldoire House is first a family story over at least four generations. We know Raymond, the great-grandfather, Honoré, the grandfather, Germain, the father, and finally Louisette, his only and unmarried daughter. The original farm building, where people drank on busy days, then ate and slept, and sold the meat of their animals, became the ‘Hôtel Café Germain Bouldoire, Boucherie Epicerie’ over time. We find in the walls traces of successive transformations. Louisette left us in February 2019 at the age of 99\\. Living in the memory of his parents who died in 1971, the establishment has remained unchanged since the 1950s. Travel to another time.
