Free visit: 800 years of architecture and mystery
Saint-Germain d'Annouville continues to reveal its secrets since, 3 years ago, the town hall decided to reopen the sanctuary for visits. The 2025 theme of architectural heritage reinforces the interest of the place since 800 years of architectural choices shed light on the history of the village: from the enlargement of the nave during the religious wars to the symbolism of the bell tower-porch; from the spire of the local stone bell tower to its multiplication on a straight line from the coast towards the interior at the time of the War of the Spanish Succession; from its massive presbytery built just before the revolution of 1789 to the influence of its priest until the merger of 1823. So many trails that will fascinate both passing visitors and the inhabitants of the canton. Accessibility
