The exceptional buildings(ships) of ovens with lime of Rey confide from now on thanks to a sound(resounding) route(course) allowing to imagine the intense activity of this site 150 years ago. This monumental architecture was before any a "machine" in which, in the course of the second half of the XIXth century, many people worked and crossed: chaufournier, quarryman, worker, customers.... The museum proposes two permanent exhibitions(exposures): "From some limestone to the lime" on the history(story) of techniques of production of the lime and "Regnéville, port(bearing) of échouage" on the maritime history(story) of Regnéville which was formerly one of the ports(bearings) mattering from Cotentin.
