In the tower, discover a temporary exhibition to celebrate the 600 years of the battle of August 17, 1424. This terrible battle of the Hundred Years War pitted 11,000 French and some 7,000 Scots against 14,000 English! On the ground floor admire a model of Verneuil-sur-Avre in the Middle Ages, and learn more about the history of this dungeon known as indestructible.
