From iron to nature: a playful adventure around a blast furnace
Installed around a 19th century blast furnace, this converted industrial estate offers an original discovery of the metallurgical heritage. Thanks to a 17-minute sound and light show, visitors are immersed in the history of iron and its workers. The self-guided tour continues with a gallery of freshwater aquariums (fish, crustaceans, amphibians), a barefoot trail, an educational pond, a butterfly garden and activities planned on the day of your visit (fish feeding, crafts, etc.). An ideal setting for a friendly family day, combining industrial memory and awareness of biodiversity. Informations Free. Possibility to picnic on the Estate.
